Pricing Questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you gain immediate access to new features and are charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I list vehicles on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is designed for browsing and exploring the marketplace. To list a vehicle, you'll need at least the Starter plan ($29.99/mo) which allows 1 active listing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, and bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment.
What happens to my listings if I downgrade?
If you downgrade and exceed the listing limit of your new plan, your most recent listings will be moved to draft status. They will not be deleted and you can reactivate them if you upgrade again.
Is there a refund policy?
Refund handling follows our billing terms and any applicable local requirements. If you need help with a charge, contact support and include your account email and billing details.
